Lead Developer

Lead the design of scalable, cloud-based software architectures and act as a hands-on technical leader who contributes production-quality code. Drive modern engineering practices including CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), champion AI-first software delivery, and guide architectural decisions at team and system levels. Mentor and coach team members, foster collaboration and psychological safety, and enable cross-functional delivery with QAs, product owners, architects, and program management. Ensure test-driven and behavior-driven development, establish robust monitoring and security-by-design practices, and balance delivery with technical health through refactoring and debt reduction. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate with Architecture Advice Forum to align technical solutions with business goals.
