Job Summary
Lead Developer (Full Stack) at TRG Screen leads the technical vision and architecture for software products built with C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server. Responsible for coding standards, reviews, SDLC governance, and mentoring 3–6 engineers while collaborating with Product Management and Client Success. Drives technical innovation, ensures performance and security, champions automated testing, and maintains architecture decision records. The role requires hands-on development across the full stack, leadership in design and delivery, and strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with Microsoft stack, including C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, MVC
- 3+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineer role with mentoring experience
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript (vanilla), TypeScript (vanilla), Angular and AngularJS
- Deep understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices
- Strong experience architecting and building scalable, maintainable solutions in large, complex codebases
- Advanced SQL Server skills including performance optimization, query tuning, and database design
- Proven track record of implementing comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E)
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills, with ability to influence technical decisions across teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading technical ceremonies
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance technical debt, feature delivery, and long-term architecture goals
