Job Summary
Define and execute the product technical strategy, including architecture, technology choices, and best practices. Ensure development quality through regular code reviews and maintain technical documentation for architecture, testing strategies, and standards. Actively contribute to feature development and application maintenance while mentoring the team via pair programming, coding dojos, and tech meetings. Serve as the technical reference for structural decisions and arbitrate with the Product Owner. Participate in agile ceremonies, track activities via ticketing tools, and drive continuous improvement through active technology scouting. This role is based in Lyon with three days of on-site presence per week. The position requires a minimum of two years of experience as a Team Lead or Principal Developer with mastery of Node.js, Angular, and AWS, alongside practical DevSecOps skills using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD.
Required Qualifications
- Experience minimum de 2 ans sur un poste de Team Lead / Lead Developer / Tech Lead / Principal Developer
- Maîtrise du back-end Node.js (v24, TypeORM)
- Maitrise du front-end Angular (v21, TypeScript)
- Solide connaissance de AWS (Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, Cognito, S3, Aurora RDS, CloudWatch...)
- Pratique du DevSecOps : Terraform / Terragrunt, GitLab CI/CD, Docker
- Expérience en tests et qualité : Playwright, Vitest, Cucumber, SonarQube, Testcontainers
- Culture du code propre : DDD, TDD, Clean Code, Test Pyramid, Craft
