Job Summary
Develop and implement a customized framework for corporate interior fit-out projects, establishing clear criteria for timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Oversee design and site delivery teams while acting as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Lead regular meetings to align on milestones and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure materials and services meet specifications. Monitor vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and generate accurate documentation of activities and deliverables for client reporting. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to team members in a fast-paced hospitality design environment.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in corporate/commercial interior design, specifically in hospitality spaces (hotels and restaurants)
- Degree in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to enhance team effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improved systems and processes
- Proven track record in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Experience participating in and leading client meetings, engaging with stakeholders to understand their vision and requirements
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities for team members
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software
- Nationality preference: Local Nationals
