Job Summary
Lead Designer - Design Systems responsible for developing and maintaining the design system across products and platforms; collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into scalable components and patterns; drive evolution of the design system, set priorities, and champion customer-centric, high-design standards; conduct regular design reviews; stay current with industry trends and share knowledge; use customer insights and analytics to inform component development and contribute to adoption across the organization; evangelize the design system to foster collaboration between design and development teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience
