Job Summary
Conduct functional logic verification of an FPGA to ensure designs meet specification requirements by developing verification plans, test benches, and environments. Execute simulation models to analyze power and timing, root cause debug issues in the pre-silicon environment, and implement corrective measures for failing tests. Collaborate with architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to improve verification of complex features while maintaining and improving existing functional verification infrastructure. Document test plans and drive technical reviews of strategies and proofs with design and architecture teams.
Required Qualifications
- BS, MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering or related field
- 8+ years of technical experience
- Related technical experience in/with Pre Silicon Validation/Verification
- OVM/UVM
- System Verilog
- constrained random verification methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Design Verification with developing, maintaining, and executing complex IPs and/or SOCs
- The complete verification life cycle (verification architecture, test plan, execution, debug, coverage closure)
- Developing validation test suites and driving continuous improvement into existing validation test suites and methodologies
- Experience in FPGA architecture or FPGA prototyping
