Lead design Stator

Design generators and manage assembly design engineers for nuclear generators, realizing manufacturing and contractual documentation. Lead upgrades and new build generators while ensuring delivery of engineering parts lists and documentation on time, at agreed costs, and with customer satisfaction. Manage sub-contracted design tasks and support improvement projects with main suppliers to reduce product costs and enhance reliability. Collaborate with Project Engineering, electrical, and mechanical teams to meet functional requirements and resolve significant site or factory problems. Ensure compliance with nuclear safety requirements, quality procedures, and engineering integrity throughout the validation process for all deliverables.
