Lead Deployment Analyst / Manager - Osprey Japan

Job Summary
Lead deployment readiness and execution for the Osprey Japan program, translating program direction into executable plans and driving disciplined governance across Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. Own and maintain deployment trackers, dashboards, and action logs to monitor milestones, identify risks, and coordinate User Access Management, process placement, training, cutover, and hypercare activities. Resolve cross-functional blockers and ensure clear ownership throughout the lifecycle from go-live to transition to run. Consolidate readiness inputs into actionable insights for leadership and standardize monitoring tools to capture lessons learned for future waves.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field
- Demonstrated experience leading project coordination, deployment readiness, PMO, transformation, or business readiness activities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable plans
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, actions, and deadlines in a fast-paced deployment environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and project tracking or reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, follow-through, and ownership of deliverables
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear leadership updates and escalate risks constructively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, ERP deployments, finance transformation, or large-scale business transformation programs
- Experience supporting or leading deployment lifecycle activities, including training, UAM, cutover, hypercare, hyperclose, and transition to run
- Familiarity with Japan business, finance, or deployment environments, including cross-cultural stakeholder coordination
- Experience using reporting and project tracking tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, SharePoint, or similar platforms
