Lead Dentist

Conduct direct dental services to program patients while supervising staff functions during care. Perform chart reviews for dental providers and produce peer review reports for CQI meetings. Provide PRC referral approval, coordinate provider PTO, and approve payroll. Oversee No Charge reviews for treatment redos and attend Dental Operations Meetings as a site representative. Initiate incident report and patient complaint reviews with recommendations. Participate in developing new policies, procedures, and protocols with the Dental Director. Assist in recruiting and retention efforts, keeping leadership abreast of current department activities.
