Job Summary
Lead Dentist sought to join a brand-new de novo private practice in Lawrenceville, GA. The role focuses on providing comprehensive general dentistry, molar endodontics, and surgical extractions while helping to establish and grow clinical workflows in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. The position supports a 4-operatory facility with a collaborative clinical team (2 dentists, 2 hygienists), uses Open Dental software, and operates on a 4-day work week with Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM hours. Compensation includes a $1,200 daily guarantee; practice is 100% FFS/PPO. Ideal candidate is clinically confident, experienced in leadership within a growing practice, bilingual preferred, and possesses strong communication and patient-management skills.
