Job Summary
Lead Dentist at Dentologie Lincoln Park: provide consultations, discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and preventative procedures, establish comprehensive treatment plans, perform extractions, root canals, fillings, and prescribe medications as needed. Maintain accurate patient records, lead and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding care, ensure positive patient experiences, and conduct routine follow-ups via phone or email. Opportunity includes equity grant, sign-on bonus, production-based pay, CE allowance, leadership development, and a structured development track with implant training.
Required Qualifications
- Active IL dental license
- at least eight years of practice experience
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
- Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work
- Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient
- Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance
