Lead Dental Nurse responsible for leading a team of nurses in an orthodontic setting, delivering patient care to NHS and private patients, and working within nurse-led clinics with autonomy and within scope of practice. Role involves supervising and developing a team, collaborating with Specialist Orthodontists and Therapists, and contributing to a supportive, compliant clinic environment. Requires recognised Dental Nursing qualification and GDC registration, with leadership and communication abilities; orthodontic experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided. Required Qualifications
