Lead Dental Assistant

Supervise all back office staff including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and holding staff accountable while participating in hiring, selection, and retention for back office personnel. Partner with dentists on patient management by providing pre- and post-treatment instructions, ensuring satisfaction, and monitoring patient flow through sign-in sheet and appointment book reviews. Ensure compliance with OSHA, Dental Board, and corporate policies by conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections, maintaining sterilization of office and equipment, and managing dental supplies and inventory. Maintain proper patient treatment records and lead, inspire, and motivate the back staff. Prioritize Ultimate Patient Experience (UPE) and participate in monthly operational meetings. Requires a current X-Ray License or agreement to obtain within six months, with experience supervising 8-12 team members.
