Lead Dental Assistant to lead back-office operations, supervise and develop dental assistants, chairside support during procedures, maintain sterilization and infection control, onboard/train new staff, manage schedules, coordinate dental lab work and invoices, and optimize workflows for efficient patient care at Nellis location.
