Job Summary
Lead Dental Assistant in a mobile practice leading the clinical team: prepare treatment rooms, assist chairside, take radiographs, manage supplies and sterilization, educate patients, oversee clinical flow, mentor other assistants, ensure protocols and compliance, and drive an outstanding patient experience. Requires travel daily to patient locations, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to lift equipment, and a state dental assistant certification. Compensation base $30-35/hr depending on experience plus incentive comp and equity; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
- 2+ years of dental experience
- Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare (a plus)
