Job Summary
Lead Dental Assistant leads patient care in back office and lobbies; prepares operatory, trays, instruments; ensures equipment and supplies readiness; assists doctor during exams and various dental procedures; trains new employees; inventory management; handles X-rays and sterilization; supports multiple specialties including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery; flexible schedule with possible evenings/weekends. Proficient in dental software (Open Dental/Dentrix) is helpful; bilingual Spanish preferred.
