Job Summary
Lead Demand Planning Analyst responsible for owning consolidated demand reporting across business units, developing Power BI dashboards and executive-level demand summaries, and driving the implementation of a new forecasting and demand planning process. Must analyze demand trends, forecast variability, and provide actionable insights to leadership; strong Excel and Power BI skills, and hands-on experience with forecasting and planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, Logility) in an ERP environment; ability to collaborate across Planning, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams; excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership; execution-oriented with attention to detail in managing large datasets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field
