Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives across squads within the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) tribe. Drive delivery excellence and a culture of accountability, manage complex, high-risk products and services, and partner with Product Managers and Business Analysts to refine backlogs and roadmaps. Facilitate cross-team collaboration, remove blockers, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery with a focus on continuous improvement, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Role emphasizes Agile delivery, leadership of cross-functional teams, and ability to coach delivery leads while aligning delivery plans with strategic objectives.
