Job Summary
Lead pre-shift meetings, conduct quarterly driver observations, and onboard new drivers to ensure team safety and operational efficiency. Deliver customer orders directly to doorsteps while verifying deliveries in the routing app, navigating varying weather conditions, and safely loading/unloading up to 150 boxes per shift. Comply with all DOT and company safety standards, including proper lifting form and hands-free cellular usage, while supporting the overall delivery volume through overtime or route assistance as needed. Valid Class C license with two years of delivery experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid state issued driver's license for at least 2 years
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 2 years of previous Delivery driving experience
- Comfortable operating a delivery van in all types of weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a food based environment
