Job Summary
Lead pre-shift meetings, manage load-out operations, and onboard new drivers to ensure safe and efficient team execution. Conduct quarterly driver observations to verify compliance with DOT and company safety standards. Deliver customer orders directly to doorsteps while verifying deliveries in the routing app, maintaining a safety-first mindset and proper lifting form for up to 150 boxes per shift. Safely navigate varying weather conditions and hazards throughout the route, and support overall delivery volume by assisting colleagues or working overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid state issued driver's license for at least 2 years
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record
- 2 years of previous Delivery driving experience
- Comfortable operating a delivery van in all types of weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a food based environment
