Job Summary
Lead Delivery Driver responsible for delivering, assembling, and demonstrating Sleep Number Smart Bed and related products in customers' homes, serving as local point of contact for fulfillment quality and inventory management. Leads onboarding and training of new Field Services team members; manages market inventory, storage facilities, and truck/dock operations; ensures fleet is in optimal condition with DOT compliance. Conducts on-route installation and service visits, delivers exceptional customer experience, and communicates performance results to supervisors. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, and adherence to safety procedures, with ability to train others and collaborate cross-functionally with Retail and Supply Chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- HS Education or GED equivalent
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- 1 year Field Service Technician experience preferred
- Must be 21 Years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license (commercial motor vehicle requirement of ability to drive commercial motor vehicle with gross weight of 15,001 pounds or more - CDL not required)
