Job Summary
Lead and oversee the construction of custom composite decks, ensuring each project aligns with high standards. Interpret and execute construction plans accurately to deliver precise results. Mentor and guide crew members, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment. Coordinate daily tasks and resources to maintain project timelines and efficiency. Ensure all projects meet company quality benchmarks, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Communicate effectively and professionally with homeowners, addressing any questions or concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite, prioritizing safety and efficiency at all times. Full-time, year-round employment with a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday) and competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of hands-on deck building or finish carpentry experience
- Strong knowledge of framing, layout, stairs, railings, and exterior construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record
