Job Summary
Lead Day Porter to supervise and schedule cleaning staff for interior building maintenance, including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, restroom upkeep, window cleaning, and related duties. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, inspecting work, managing supplies/inventory, potentially assisting with hiring/training and performance reviews, and preparing reports on occupancy, hours, and department expenses. May oversee exterior cleaning, snow removal, minor maintenance, and safety/compliance with SDS, Hazard Communication, and proper use of cleaning agents. Requires strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills, with basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and work-order systems. Compensation ranges from $15.30 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits described by Cushman & Wakefield; on-site role at client site in Midland, TX.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably at supervisory level
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word and Excel) and Work Order System
