Job Summary
Lead Database & GIS Geologist role overseeing geological databases, GIS systems, and digital data workflows; provide technical leadership in data management, QA/QC per NI 43-101, and governance; support exploration activities, technical reporting, and project evaluations; collaborate across geology, exploration, engineering, and corporate teams; requires 10+ years in exploration geology and proficiency with ArcGIS, Leapfrog, Geosoft, Target, MX Deposit, and related systems; registration as QP/P.Geo/P.Eng is a strong asset; located at headquarters in Toronto, Ontario; full-time with emphasis on data standards and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Earth Sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in exploration geology with emphasis on geological database management, GIS systems, and exploration data workflows within mining or mineral exploration environments, including Brownfield and Greenfield exploration programs.
