Job Summary
Manage and execute complex donation transaction workflows, including wires, stock gifts, and non-standard donations, while updating wire tracking spreadsheets and reconciling stock-related activity. Perform quality assurance reviews of junior staff coding and allocations, serve as the escalation point for complex transactions, and liaise with Accounting and Relationship Managers to resolve discrepancies and clarify donor intent. Own critical processes such as pending pledge management and soft credit processing, maintain standard operating procedures, and provide guidance and training to team members on internal systems.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data services, donation processing, or a related operations role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong proficiency in database systems
- Deep understanding of donation types, including wires, stock, and pledges
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Desired Qualifications
- Velocity experience
- Experience in a customer service or donor support environment
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow management platforms
- Experience working with cross-functional service queues or internal request systems
