Job Summary
Design scalable machine learning models and statistical solutions to address complex business challenges, refining them through advanced feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support model deployment, scaling, and operationalization while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior members. Translate complex data insights into strategic recommendations for senior leadership and contribute to developing best practices and knowledge sharing within the team. Document models, processes, and methodologies to ensure reproducibility and ongoing improvement.
