Job Summary
Lead end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, designing strategies and executing extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading. Manage data mapping, reconciliation, and mock loads while handling cutover planning to ensure integrity and compliance. Lead workshops to gather requirements, mentor team members, and resolve defects through close collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams. Provide regular status updates to leadership. Requires 12+ years of SAP experience with hands-on LTMC and DMC proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall SAP experience
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Data Migration projects
- Hands-on experience with LTMC – Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC)
- Experience in large-scale SAP data migration programs
- Strong understanding of SAP tables, data structures, and migration objects
- Experience in data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Proven team handling and leadership experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of LSMW / ETL tools / Migration tools (preferred)
- Experience in multiple SAP S/4HANA implementation or conversion projects
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology
- Experience in cut over planning and data migration governance
