Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in ML Engineering or Data Integration
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience leading teams
- Strong understanding of insurance policy data
- Excellent programming skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ML model serving
- Familiarity with continuous monitoring
- Understanding of data analysis and data warehousing
- Knowledge of programming languages R, SQL, Python
