Job Summary
Design and implement robust data architectures using Master Data Management (MDM) and data quality tools while analyzing industry products for functionality, compliance, and security. Lead activities to define requirements, verify architecture, and ensure systems conform to data security and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) constraints. Develop and configure governance tools, draft service standards, and assess architectural impacts on product lifecycles. This role supports Boeing's data strategy within the Data Governance team in Seattle, Mesa, or Plano. Candidates require 5+ years of experience with distributed systems on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP, along with ITAR compliance expertise. Salary range is $148,750 – $215,050.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience using a variety of techniques and tools to analyze the data stored in databases, data warehouses and/or data marts
- 5+ years of experience in deploying and managing distributed systems in cloud platforms (Ex. Azure, AWS, GCP)
- 5+ years of experience with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Experience communicating with all levels of leadership
- Experience working in a global team
- Experience with ITAR compliance
- Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
- Subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies
- Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
- Must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Must be able to work in Seattle, WA; Mesa, AZ; or Plano, TX
