Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer in complex environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in modern data engineering tools across cloud platforms
- Deep understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture, and data quality frameworks
- A mentor who enjoys helping others grow
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to shape solutions from ambiguity
