Lead Data Engineer responsible for end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of scalable production-grade data integration and engineering solutions. Drive data platform architecture using Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake and Azure services; build ELT/ETL frameworks; ensure data quality, governance, lineage, observability and security; mentor engineers and collaborate with product and business stakeholders to align data initiatives with enterprise objectives.
