Job Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex solutions involving Data Analytics, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Big Data. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a technical team, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. The role requires defining data governance frameworks, managing project execution, and driving R&D/upskilling initiatives. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, with significant experience and expertise in data modelling, SQL, and cloud data platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Data Analytics/Data Warehouse/Data Lake/Big Data
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity
- Expert-level proficiency in Data Modelling theories and techniques
- Strong experience in performance tuning and optimizing data models
- Hands-on experience delivering enterprise-scale projects with a strong focus on technical architecture
Desired Qualifications
- Expert SQL/Python
- Strong proficiency in Java/Scala
- Experience operating in Linux/Unix environments
- Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies
- Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, or Master Data Management
- Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills
