Job Summary
Lead the design, build, and governance of a unified data warehouse architecture that consolidates ticketing, loyalty, and F&B data into a single trusted source of truth. Own identity resolution and Azure environment governance, deliver production-grade data pipelines, and translate complex data decisions for business partners. Mentor engineers while actively building with Python/SQL, dbt, Airflow (or Dagster/Prefect), and medallion-architecture practices to produce trustworthy data products that power analytics and decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a quantitative/technical field
- 6–9 years hands-on data engineering experience
- Production-grade pipeline development in Python and advanced SQL
- Production experience with dbt
- Production experience with Airflow or Dagster/Prefect
- Deep Azure data warehouse experience with cloud experience in AWS/GCP
- Experience with medallion architecture
- Experience auditing externally managed platforms
- Experience owning engineering standards
- AI-native mindset with productivity tooling
