Lead Data/Data Modeling

Lead Data/Data Modeling PMO coordinating Data Governance and Data Management initiatives in a complex international environment. Act as central coordination point between business stakeholders, data teams, and project leadership; drive project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and dependency management; facilitate workshops and steering committees; primary point of contact for business stakeholders, project teams, and leadership; ensure effective communication between technical and business teams; monitor progress and provide regular status reporting including risks, issues, and mitigation plans; support resource planning and workload coordination; track action items and deliverables; promote adherence to governance frameworks and delivery methodologies; support change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. Key skills include PMO experience, data governance, data management, data quality, data lifecycle, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and proficiency with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid approaches; required fluency in German and English.
