Job Summary
Receive incoming stock, unload delivery trucks, and input receipts into the information system while monitoring quality and managing backorders. Ensure physical stock consistency with virtual inventory by carrying out regular checks, managing stock-outs, and completing procurement orders based on supply chain recommendations. Coordinate parts pulls, stage deliveries for active projects, and dispatch customer orders via UPS while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and enforcing site access security. Prepare weekly inventory updates for IT Operations meetings and report on abnormal consumption or process non-compliance. Act as the primary point of contact for inventory requests across operations and supply chain teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an inventory control clerk or a similar role
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Ability to manage inventory budgets and procurement
- Proficiency in enterprise inventory and operations systems (SAP, Tableau, Jira, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of hardware or data servers
- Experience presenting operational data and updates to management and other teams
- Ability to react and adapt quickly to new challenges
- Thoroughness and organizational skills
- Proactive, with strong anticipation skills
- Able to teach others and be diplomatic

- Ability to drive a forklift
