Job Summary
Lead the Data Analytics function to drive data-driven decision-making and measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include end-to-end project leadership from scoping to adoption, translating business problems into data-driven solutions, designing and operationalizing data models and dashboards, driving adoption of BI tools, ensuring data quality and governance, solving complex business problems with structured analytics, and managing stakeholder communications. Emphasizes automation, standardization of processes, and cross-functional collaboration with business, operations, and IT to improve KPIs such as cost-to-serve, cycle times, and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in data analytics / data science
- Experience delivering large-scale cross-functional projects
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive automation and improve processes
- Understanding of data governance and data quality
