Job Summary
As Lead Data and Analytics Engineer at Secturasoft, you will develop data pipelines, data warehouse, and infrastructure to handle transactional ecommerce products data. Responsibilities encompass implementing and maintaining analytics data infrastructure in the cloud, evaluating PaaS or SaaS technologies, and acting as a technical consultant for complex database systems. Necessary expertise includes designing ETL/ELT tools, leveraging Azure data platform, API data extraction, and utilizing the Microsoft BI stack, along with the ability to perform data integrity testing and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT tools in the cloud
- Familiarity with the Azure data platform
- Familiarity with extracting data from software applications using common API structures
- Working knowledge of Microsoft BI stack
- Proficiency creating tables, views, and stored procedures
- Experience designing and maintaining Datawarehouse in Azure or other next gen products
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data analytics, visualization and reporting
- Understanding of Python for data engineering
- Powershell experience
