Job Summary
Lead Data & Analytics Consultant in Madrid responsible for growing key client relationships, developing marketing intelligence maturity, and delivering strategic roadmaps that align with client objectives. Drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, lead pitches and new business efforts, facilitate cross-functional client workshops, craft insightful data-driven narratives to guide budgeting and media decisions, and advocate for innovative data solutions (e.g., machine learning) to optimize client performance. Oversee project quality with junior staff and data engineers, and apply structured frameworks (e.g., SWOT, SCQA) to deliver evidence-backed proposals in collaboration with client-servicing teams. Fluent in Spanish and English; 7+ years of experience in digital analytics/consulting or client management; advanced platform knowledge across GA4, GA360, GTM, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and cloud solutions; coding capability in SQL/JavaScript/Python is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital analytics, consultancy, or client management
- Proven proficiency across Web Analytics platforms (GA4, Google Analytics 360)
- Tag Management Systems (GTM)
- Data Warehouses (BigQuery)
- Data Visualization tools (Looker Studio)
- Cloud solutions (GCP / Cloud 4 Marketing)
- Strong command of Spanish and business English
- Coding in SQL and/or JavaScript and/or Python (preferable)
