Job Summary
Lead Data Analyst for Profiling & Cleansing responsible for gathering, analyzing, and preparing data for migration within a legacy ERP environment. Manages data profiling and cleansing workstreams, aligns data plans across DC ARTs and business units, and coordinates requirements gathering, readiness, and cutover activities. Requires senior-level project management experience, ERP data modeling knowledge (JDE/SAP ECC/S4), data transformation expertise (master data standardization, conversion, migration, cutover), and ability to engage stakeholders across multiple BU PMs. Preference for Chevron-specific knowledge of JDE and S/4, with emphasis on process automation (RPA, AI, dashboards) and cross-functional collaboration to ensure data quality and successful migration delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Senior Project Management – milestones driven (not agile)
- Experience in JDE OR SAP – ECC OR S/4 data models
- Proven experience with ERP data transformations - master data standardization, conversion, migration or cutover areas
- Education Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience engaging Business stakeholders
- Process automation (RPA, AI, dashboarding, etc...)
- Chevron specific knowledge of JDE and S/4 preferred
