Job Summary
Lead Product Growth Analyst partner with the GM to drive data-informed growth for a key customer segment. Architect analytical frameworks, own experimentation lifecycle from power analysis to post-test inference, and translate insights into actionable product strategy. Lead strategic data initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Marketing, ensure instrumentation and measurement align with business objectives, and mentor analysts to elevate data storytelling and AI-enabled workflows. Proficiency in SQL, GA4/Amplitude, A/B testing, Python, and dashboarding tools; 6-8+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, with strong communication skills to convey complex experimental results to stakeholders. Hybrid work model with remote flexibility and in-office collaboration at Waltham locations; salary range $102,800–$128,500 USD, plus potential bonuses/commissions.
Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience in Product Growth, Marketing Analytics, or Data Science (SaaS preferred)
- Expert-level SQL
- Strong Product Analytics experience (GA4, Amplitude or similar)
- A/B testing experience (Optimizely, Statsig or similar)
- Proficiency with Python
- Experience with dashboarding tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
- Ability to explain complex experiments to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with statistical measures (p-values, confidence intervals, causal inference)
