Job Summary
Own the business problem, not the ticket. Run in-depth analyses on funnel drop-offs, cohort behavior, and player value to drive decisions, then defend findings with leadership. Build churn prediction models and LTV forecasts that enable early interventions and revenue planning. Tune the in-game economy by tracking currency inflation and reward elasticity, while architecting and optimizing pipelines for game telemetry and ML systems. Design A/B tests with rigorous guardrails and mentor a team of analysts. Translate complex data into actionable narratives for Product and Engineering, ensuring every insight leads to shipped changes rather than static slides.
