Job Summary
Lead Data Analyst in Grab's Integrity (Trust, Identity & Safety) team to analyze data across markets and business lines, measure user behavior and product performance, identify fraud and risks, design and analyze experiments with product and engineering, build dashboards for stakeholders, and collaborate to implement data-driven risk management and detection strategies across Grab's platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Statistics, Software, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in data-related or quantitative fields
- Proficiency in SQL, Presto, ETL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Excel
- Experience with experimentation and statistical techniques (such as hypothesis testing, probability distributions, regression, decision trees)
- Knowledge of data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Understanding of the risk management space in digital ecosystems
- Proficiency in Gen AI/LLMs
