Job Summary
Lead Data Analyst – Insights Enablement to drive high-quality, scalable analytics, set standards for reporting and data modelling, coach analysts, manage delivery plans, and partner with stakeholders to uplift analytics capability. Responsibilities include designing dashboards/reports and semantic models with Power BI, providing guidance on data transformations and AI-assisted features, breaking down work and estimating effort, and serving as escalation point for technical issues, while delivering people leadership and ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data roles
- leadership or mentoring responsibilities
- experience with analytics platforms, data modelling, semantic models, and reporting solutions
- ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
