Job Summary
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will drive data and analytics excellence by leading complex analyses and acting as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities include owning the analytics lifecycle, serving as the primary analytics lead for major clients, establishing data integrity standards, overseeing project management, translating complex data findings into actionable insights, and identifying scalable solutions within the data lifecycle. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in healthcare analytics, a strong Agile working knowledge, proficiency in SQL, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in healthcare analytics
- Experience analyzing healthcare claims data, population health, and member experience
- Technical proficiency in SQL and visualization tools
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to lead complex analyses and deliver high-impact presentations
