Lead Data Analyst

Lead Data Analyst will support the design and development of data integrations and reporting to enhance the accuracy and quality of decision making. Key functions include conducting in-depth data analysis, collaborating with database developers to enhance data collection and storage procedures, and developing and maintaining data integrations and ETL flows. Leads analyses from requirements gathering or problem statement through deployment or presentation, fully understanding business processes and objectives, underlying data, and relevant factors; Independently manages analytics projects and provides regular and clear updates; and, Synthesizes complex analyses into clear narratives to facilitate understanding and decision-making. The role involves supporting the design and implementation of integration flows and enhancements, including APIs and/or file-based integrations, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities and build solutions to optimize data processing, improve data quality, identify issues, and reduce failures.
