Job Summary
Lead cybersecurity assessment and authorization activities for Defense Health Agency systems, including RMF implementation, IV&V testing, vulnerability assessment, and STIG validation. Develop Security Assessment Plans, test procedures, and authorization packages in eMASS while conducting system security architecture reviews and risk analyses. Provide technical leadership for control assessments, remediation tracking, and validation readiness reviews across CONUS and OCONUS sites. Deliver technical briefings to government stakeholders and support automated tool development for cybersecurity testing. Work core hours Monday through Friday with minimal travel, reporting to the Defense Health Agency.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years DoD engineering/cybersecurity
- managerial experience
- RMF lifecycle implementation experience
- STIG validation experience
- IV&V cybersecurity testing experience
- eMASS experience
- Vulnerability assessment experience
- Enterprise network security experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments
- Intelligence Community (IC) experience
- Department of Defense (DoD) experience
- Federal Civil agencies experience
- military organizations experience
- Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract
