Job Summary
Lead Cybersecurity Architect at JPMorganChase within the Cybersecurity Technology and Controls, responsible for delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions for software applications on modern cloud-based technologies. Responsibilities include engaging technical teams and stakeholders to define approaches, driving the technical target state of cybersecurity products, identifying automation/remediation opportunities, leading evaluation sessions with vendors and internal teams, and promoting communities of practice around leading-edge cybersecurity technologies. Requires hands-on security architecture expertise, strong programming capabilities, automation and CI/CD proficiency, broad SDLC and Agile knowledge, experience with cloud, AI/ML, and financial-services IT systems, and the ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leaders; emphasis on collaboration, diversity, inclusion, and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls
- Advanced in one or more programming languages
- Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
- Proficiency in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as continuous integration and delivery, application resiliency, and security
- Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., public cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
- Deep knowledge of one or more software and applications
- Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to recommend the best solutions for the future state architecture
- Experience effectively communicating with senior business leaders
