Job Summary
Lead the Customer Value & Lifecycle Management strategy and execution for kfzteile24. Own CLV, repurchase, churn, and engagement across the customer lifecycle, driving a data-driven, personalized customer experience. Lead a CRM specialist team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Pricing, Brand, Performance Marketing, Campaign Management) to optimize profitability via KPIs like CLV and retention. Shape an integrated campaign calendar, develop segmentation and targeting using First-Party Data, and collaborate with Data teams on models such as churn score, CLV projections, and Next Best Action. Build AI-enabled workflows for content production, dynamic segmentation, and campaign automation with measurable impact on speed-to-market and CRM performance. Provide leadership and development for the CLVM team, foster clear communication, and enable ownership. Work closely with Performance Marketing, Brand, Product, and Data; act as a sparring partner for the Director Marketing and key stakeholders. Requirements include several years of leadership/ownership in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing, strong analytical skills, proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Bloomreach, Braze, Adobe or equivalents), and fluency in German (C1). Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams oder fachlichen Verantwortungsbereichen im Umfeld CRM, Lifecycle Marketing oder Customer Value Management
- Praxiswissen im Umgang mit Marketing-Automation-Plattformen wie Bloomreach, Braze, Adobe oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, interpretiert Daten, ableitet Hypothesen und priorisiert Maßnahmen
- Sicherer Umgang mit KI-gestützten Tools im Marketing-Kontext (Kampagnenerstellung, Predictive Analytics, Automatisierungslogiken)
- Vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse im B2B-CRM, insbesondere im Umfeld von Geschäftskunden; Automotive Aftermarket
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
