Lead Customer Success Engineer - East

Job Summary

Setup customer accounts, facilitate onboarding, and orient stakeholders across Strategic and Enterprise accounts with significant annual contract value. Conduct technical assessments and health checks to evaluate data security, privacy, and AI governance posture, then recommend solutions and architectures for DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance offerings. Proactively identify churn risk and upsell opportunities by analyzing platform usage, defining mitigation plans, and partnering on renewal strategy with actionable technical insights. Engage executive stakeholders including CISO, CIO, and Chief Privacy Officer to deliver quarterly value reviews and align business outcomes with product adoption. Own the technical success plan and adoption roadmap to drive long-term customer success and influence expansion outcomes in partnership with Sales and Customer Success leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software
  • Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures
  • Proven ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value
  • Executive stakeholder engagement skills (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, Chief Data Officer) with the ability to synthesize technical, business, and risk signals into clear recommendations
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
