Job Summary
Lead Customer Service Representative at Circle K in South Euclid, OH. Responsibilities include providing prompt, courteous customer service; greeting and thanking customers; operating cash register and handling payments; multi-function operation of fuel/loto/telecom transactions; maintaining store cleanliness and safety; completing build-to’s, receiving vendor deliveries, stocking and merchandising, and placing signage. Supervises customer service staff in the absence of management; coaches and trains employees; monitors customer flow and shifts; ensures accurate cash handling, inventory controls, and adherence to company guidelines. Requires high school diploma or GED (preferred) and retail experience; includes physical duties such as stocking and working in various store areas; working indoors with potential exposure to cold, heat, and noise; and ability to work varied shifts. Required Qualifications
